Healthy Eating

At our pre-school, we are committed to promoting healthy eating by encouraging children to develop positive attitudes towards nutritious foods from an early age. We provide balanced snacks and meals, introduce children to a variety of fruits and vegetables, and create opportunities for hands-on learning through activities such as cooking, gardening, and food tasting.

Children are encouraged to make healthy choices independently, helping to build confidence and lifelong healthy habits. Through discussions, role-play, and daily routines, we also help children understand the importance of healthy eating for growth, energy, wellbeing, and overall development.

Oral Health

At our preschool, we promote good oral health by helping children understand the importance of caring for their teeth in fun and engaging ways. Through role-play activities, tooth-brushing games, stories, and discussions, children learn about healthy habits such as brushing their teeth twice a day and making healthy food and drink choices. These activities help children build confidence and independence in their self-care routines while developing an early understanding of how good oral hygiene supports their overall health and wellbeing.
